All prices and fees in this online shop are in EUR. You see on all our website pages, the prices of the products with VAT. The invoice that will be issued will include the VAT. (Except for those customers that have VAT exemption by Cyprus law.)

You can get availability information for products on our website, on each product information page. You will see ‘’Out of stock’’ red sign if the stock of a product runs out.
Also on all search result lists in case of out of stock items, you will see ‘’Read More’’ button instead of ‘’ Add to Basket’’ button.
As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail or by phone as soon as possible if any products in you order turn out last moment becoming unavailable and you will be refunded for those products.

Products Warranty
Legal Warranty
Kyknos Bookshops Ltd, according to the product warranty legislation of the Republic of Cyprus and the E.U., offers its customers a 2-year limited warranty ‘’LEGAL WARRANTY’’. The warranty is valid from the date the customer purchased the product. If the product is replaced, the warranty period will continue for the remainder of the 2-year period.
During the term of warranty, Kyknos, at its discretion, shall repair or replace free of charge the faulty product. Kyknos shall return the repaired product or another product to the buyer in operational condition. In case of product repair, the faulty part/s shall be replaced
In order for the limited warranty to be in force the buyer is obliged to present the original receipt of the product.
Commercial Warranty (Manufacturer’s Warranty)
On certain products sold by Kyknos Bookshops Ltd an additional commercial warranty is offered from the product manufacturer. The commercial guarantee is mentioned on the products’ packaging and/or manual and/or guarantee insert and/or the Company’s online shop, and is subject to conditions.

Online order with shipping method, ”Home delivery” or ”Pickup from our physical store in Limassol”
For all orders we offer delivery at the address you will declare during the checkout and you pay the value of your invoice before sending the order.
All payments are performed by credit / debit card using a secure Gateway checkout page.
When you are about to pay, you will be redirected to the secure Gateway checkout page, enter your payment details and perform the payment and then redirected back to our website to view your order receipt. All sensitive / credit information you supply is encrypted via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology.
Orders are shipped only within the Republic of Cyprus (area controlled by the Government of The Republic of Cyprus), within Greece, all other European countries and witin any other country of the world.

Discount Coupons / Vouchers
Discount Coupon / Voucher is valid for products purchase until the date indicated on the voucher. Any restrictions on the products in which the voucher is valid are indicated on the voucher. The Coupon / voucher cannot be resold or transferred and cannot be exchanged in total or in part for cash. During order procedure enter the coupon / voucher code on basket view page. Discount Coupons / Vouchers are limited in nature and may expire or discontinue with or without notice. Discount Coupons / Vouchers are void where prohibited by law.
Delivery in Cyprus
Orders received by 10.00 a.m. every day except Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the same day and delivered your place during the next two working days considering the delivery days for each area.

The delivery schedule is only indicative and subject to change. The schedule concerns items which the company retains in stock.
Delivery:
All orders are liable to a basic delivery fee of €4,00 included VAT for within Cyprus home delivery destination and
€9,00 included VAT for within Greece home delivery destination by courier service.
For all orders within Europe destination including Greece when the customer chooses so, a charge of €4,00 included VAT will be applied during checkout procedure while the shipment will be executed by Post Office services according the local Post Office regulations in each country.
For all orders within any other country delivery, a charge of €5,00 will be applied during checkout procedure.
For each order, for all destinations, an additional fee will be applied and clarified to customers before pay, depending on the total order weight and / or size.
For all orders send with ”Pickup from our physical store in Limassol” method no delivery fee will be charge. When this method selected customers are expected to pick up an order themselves from the physical store at Petrou Tsirou street number 42, 3075 Limassol, Cyprus.
Product Returns
You have the right to return products purchased and ask for replacement or refund in the following cases:
- In all cases where a proven fault of Kyknos store exists, i.e., Kyknos sold wrong products or products of poor quality or faulty products (wrong in taking the order, in the pricing, damaged during delivery, in poor packaging, expired, etc.)
- In all cases where there was a problem / real defect in the product (function or quality) which is covered by the product guarantee.
- In any case you have the option not to accept the product at the delivery or, as received, return the product within 15 days from the date of delivery. In such cases, the customer assumes the cost of transport for the return.
- Kyknos Store cannot accept returns of non-stock products that have been ordered to Kyknos by the customer, unless they are faulty.
In each and any case, the products must be returned in perfect condition, at the state received by the customer, complete and without any damage and in the packaging which the product was originally delivered and in an excellent condition. The customer is liable for any reduction in the value of the products as a result from the management of the products other than that necessary to ascertain the nature, characteristics and operation of the products. If not returned within 15 days then Kyknos Bookshops Ltd can decline any return or replacement, except those cases that fall under paragraph “2” of the above. Moreover, in all cases the product for replacement or repair should be accompanied by copy of all documents accompanying the product to prove the transaction. Order Cancellation
Cancellation may be made in the following cases:
If you have completed the online order but the order is not yet shipped you can call at 94042580 and our Customer Service Team will cancel your order. The full amount of your order will be refunded.
After the dispatch of the product, your order status will automatically update and you will no longer be able to cancel your order.
You can return the product you bought following our Returns Policy as described above.
